Description of Project:
Elevated Gardens initially found Excel Power through LG’s portal of registered partners while conducting product research.
They approached Excel Power to quote a solution to manage high temperatures in their seedling sheds. Their aim was to find an affordable, reliable way to maintain temperature and moisture levels to 2.6L/hr on dry mode throughout all units of their facility.
Solution:
Excel Power carried out a face-to-face consultation with Elevated Gardens to gain a better understanding of their setup and their needs. A competitive quote was provided, complete with LG dealer pricing, for 14 air conditioners, which would easily keep moisture and temperature levels within the desired range.
With in-depth product knowledge and a desire to support local businesses, Excel Power were contracted for the installation.
Delivery:
Excel Power provided industry-leading products and organised complementary and direct product delivery to the worksite for added convenience.
Elevated Gardens also received LG’s 5 year unit warranty and 10 year compressor warranty. The installation took a few days to complete and the entire project, from quote to installation, had a turnaround time of 3 weeks, including part delivery.
Outcome:
Elevated Gardens have expressed they are impressed with LG’s product quality and Excel Power’s project management. Tim and Ben were complimented for their professional installation and attention to detail by also providing colour-matched flashing to hide and protect exterior cables on their shed.
Elevated Gardens have since organised a 3-month maintenance schedule with Excel Power for air conditioning servicing and maintenance.
